I am doing a review of a complete conversion modification of the hit game Star Wars: Empire at War called "Republic at War." The original game was excellent, but people felt like it was missing something. Then a group known as z3r0x came up with an idea to convert the Rebellion and the Empire to the Republic and the CIS (Confederacy of Independent Systems). It doesn't have the campaign mode of the original, but it has a great Conquest. It has an overall bigger galaxy, with more planets, like Bakura, Mechis 3, Trandosha, Antar, and Duro.
The graphics have been improved on, as well. The details on the ships are very accurate to the movies and cartoons, and the lasers look like lasers instead of red and blue teardrops. This mod is a must download if you are a fan of real time strategy games or if you're a big Star Wars fan. I give it my Stamp of Approval. 20/20.
